Developed by Genesis League Sports, an extension of Splinterlands, the game has entered its beta test phase. It introduces players to a football (soccer) simulation with strategic elements. Progression is tied to the accumulation of experience points and star levels achieved by participating in matches and merging cards. The game emphasizes card collection and customization, with value increasing as duplicates combine, resulting in higher card levels. IguVerse, a groundbreaking Play-to-Earn social game that's stirring up the digital universe with its unique blend of blockchain technology, adorable pets, and engaging gameplay. Picture this: your beloved furry friend not just by your side at home, but also as a star in a digital realm where playing fetch or posting their cute photos earns you real rewards. Intriguing, right? A New Dawn in NFT Gaming: IguVerse's Unique Approach. Say Hello to User-Generated NFTs You've probably heard about NFTs, but IguVerse takes this concept to a whole new level. Imagine crafting a digital twin of your pet as an NFT. This isn't just another impersonal piece of digital art; it's a representation of your real-world bond with your pet. It's like having your pet's digital soul right in your pocket! Socialize, Move, Play: The Triple-Threat Mechanics. Remember the time when playing games was just about, well, playing? IguVerse changes the game (pun intended!) by introducing "Socialize to Earn." It's simple: share your pet's antics, engage with a community of pet lovers, and earn. Combine this with "Move to Earn" and "Play to Earn," and you've got a holistic approach to gaming that resonates with our daily lives. Gameplay: A World Where Your Pet Reigns Supreme. Craft Your Digital Companion: Here's where it gets personal. You start by creating a virtual pet. This can be a spitting image of your real pet or a creature born from your wildest imagination. These NFT pets are more than just pretty faces; they're your key to unlocking the game's universe. A Day in the Life of an IguVerse Player: Imagine this: you wake up, grab your phone, and check in on your digital pet. You decide to go for a walk - both in the real world and in IguVerse. Your steps count in both realms, earning you rewards as you move. Later, you share a photo of your real pet's new trick, earning you even more. It's a seamless blend of your real and digital lives. Tokenomics: The Fuel Powering IguVerse. Two Tokens, Endless Possibilities: In IguVerse, there are two tokens: $IGU and $IGUP. Think of $IGU as your investment in this digital world, used for creating and upgrading your NFT pets. $IGUP is what you earn as you play, socialize, and move. It's a neat dual-token system that keeps the economy balanced and engaging. Community Speaks: The Real Test Now, let's get real. No game is perfect, and IguVerse is no exception. Players like Boa Sah love the concept but face challenges with game mechanics. Fahad Khan highlights the responsive support team, which is a big plus in any digital venture. And Yuliia? Read more9Lives Arena - Game Review
In the world of online gaming, 9Lives Arena (9LA) emerges as a revolutionary title that challenges conventional RPG norms. Developed by Touchhour Inc., known for their innovative game development approaches, 9LA introduces players to a gaming experience that combines thrilling 1v1 PvP combat, permadeath mechanics, and the groundbreaking concept of Ooogy companions. The game's unique premise revolves around the concept of permadeath, where character deaths result in permanent statues, with the top three statues proudly displayed in your Training Arena for others to see. However, this isn't the end of the road for players, thanks to the persistence of progression in 9LA. Before venturing into the ruthless Inferno Arena, players have the opportunity to hone their skills in the Training Arena, where they can fight, level up, gather resources, and practice strategies without fear of losing lives. Even when a character meets their ultimate demise, their hard-earned blueprints, spells, abilities, and items stored in the bank box remain accessible, providing a fresh start for the next hero. The game's combat system is skill-based, unfolding in real-time, and offering a wide range of character customization options, from mages to rogues and DPS builds. This diversity ensures that each battle is a unique and exhilarating experience. One of 9LA's standout features is its commitment to avoiding the pay-to-win model. All purchasable blueprints are purely cosmetic and offer no advantages in terms of gameplay. This approach ensures a level playing field for all players and maintains the game's competitive integrity. Blockchain technology is another exciting aspect of 9Lives Arena. Limited-edition item blueprints are available as NFTs on the blockchain, offering players true ownership and the potential to profit from in-game purchases. This innovative integration paves the way for a new era in video game item sales. The concept of Spirit Hunters and Immortals adds an extra layer of depth to the game. When a character dies, they leave behind a spirit hunter that can fight to regain nine lives. Immortals, once they've achieved this feat, become a unique class of characters with their own leaderboard and a maximum of nine lives, making them formidable adversaries. As for the game's availability, 9Lives Arena is currently in alpha, with plans for open beta and a full release. The developers are dedicated to continued updates and evolution post-release, ensuring an exciting and dynamic gaming experience for players. In a nod to transparency and community engagement, players are encouraged to stream their gameplay during the alpha and beta phases, although it's essential to note the presence of potential bugs and issues during the alpha stage. Premium accounts, which come with Founder Packs, grant players a total of five character slots. Characters can be created and switched freely within these slots. Regarding server availability, the game's server is initially located on the east coast of the US. As the player base expands with the beta launch, more servers will be introduced globally to ensure low latency for players across all regions. While 9Lives Arena does not currently have an in-game voice chat system, plans to translate the game into multiple languages during the beta phase ensure accessibility for a broader player base. In summary, 9Lives Arena is a game that boldly challenges RPG conventions, offering a dynamic blend of permadeath, character persistence, and a groundbreaking companion system with Ooogies. With its commitment to fairness, blockchain integration, and diverse combat options, 9LA promises to redefine the RPG gaming experience and carve its place in the gaming industry's evolving landscape.

The game contains fantastic features that cater to both PVE and PVP players. NFTs are one-of-a-kind, and their scarcity and strength determine their value. So, the rarer the NFT, the fewer there are, with certain categories having only 10 available. These NFTs can be weapons, accessories, and skins, but the team aims to introduce more items in the future, including pets, land, and much more! Gameplay: The game will begin with only one player, and this will remain the case for the duration of the game. Players will have to fight their way through non-player characters-infested maps (NPCs). Players will gain currency and equipment as they move through the game, which they may use to better their squads. Chrono Games plans to use the money it makes from the game and to build a PvP arena where users may battle their teams against each other in turn-based tactical matches.
